Ann’s background in a variety of work from food service, sales/marketing, management, IT support and even a bit of botany have helped her develop many useful and unique skills. Ann has always found joy in helping others and learning about different softwares and platforms to expand her knowledge and abilities. She started much of her real estate and IT support in recent years as the world became more digital due to the coronavirus and allowed for her to use and develop her skill even more. Now working as the Operations & Support Specialist she supports 100+ agents across 12 offices through the onboarding process, systems training & development, marketing & property promotion, troubleshooting issues, website design & setup, assisting agents in self promotion through online medias, and assisting the accounting team just to name a few! She also helps agents through the process of claiming Google Business pages and supporting all of the products provided by Google Workspace. Ann has found a great passion for the real estate industry and how the IT and social media aspects tie into the development of an agent's success and continuing the growth of their business.

 

Born in Madison, Ann grew up in Rosholt, WI with her aunt where she grew up remodeling flip homes. Now residing in Columbus, WI Ann enjoys painting, drawing, yoga, & music in her free time. She also loves spending time learning and developing her own skills. Recently she has added DOD Mandatory Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Training, DOD Mobile Devices, and Phishing and Social Engineering Virtual Communication Awareness v5.0 to her knowledge base. Ann can be found nosedeep in a sketchbook or on a nature walk when taking some time to relax.
