Richard has worked in the real estate industry since 2015 during of which he has gained much knowledge of the industry and learned many skills to be able to assist staff members and real estate agents alike. He has held several positions in the real estate industry from an office administrator, project manager to a regional director, a corporate administrator over seeing 100+ administrators and now works as the Assisting Operations & Project Coordinator. Through this experience he now assists agents through the onboarding process, maintaining properties from list to sold, document and transaction room management, creating and ordering materials and acting as a point contact for questions and guidance. In addition, Richard also develops the monthly company newsletter, assists and promotes events, keeping resources organized and up-to-date, creating custom graphics and content, among many other duties to ensure staff and agents have what is needed for their real estate business.

Born and raised in the Madison area, Richard currently resides in the Los Angeles area. Richard attended Herzing University in Madison, WI where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Business Management. In his spare time, you can be sure to find Richard enjoying the beach, sitting poolside, attending a local festival, visiting a winery, or hiking the trails as he never turns down a good adventure. When not exploring the city, you can find him sampling and cooking new recipes, tending to his plants, checking out the latest in the gaming world, or visiting with his family and friends.
